GB/T 27748.1-2017固定式燃料电池发电系统 第1部分:安全

GB/T 27748的本部分是产品的安全标准,适用于固定式燃料电池发电系统,该系统可以是组装的,自成体系的或由工厂提供完整集成系统的形式,均通过电化学反应来发电。本部分适用于:——直接或通过转换开关与主网连接,或与独立配电系统连接的系统;——提供交流电或直流电的系统;——具有或不具有回收可用热量能力的系统;——使用以下各种燃料工作的系统:a) 天然气或其他来源于可再生燃料(生物质)或化石燃料的富含甲烷的气体,比如垃圾填埋气、沼气和煤层气等;b) 来源于石油精制的燃料,例如柴油、汽油、煤油以及液化石油气,如丙烷和丁烷;c) 来源于可再生燃料(生物质)或化石燃料的醇类、酯类、醚类、醛类、酮类、费托法合成液体和其他富氢的有机化合物,例如甲醇、乙醇、二甲醚、生物柴油等;d) 氢、含氢气的气体混合物,例如合成气、民用燃气等。本部分不适用于于:——微型燃料电池发电系统;——便携式燃料电池发电系统;——驱动式燃料电池发电系统。本部分适用于应用在商业、工业和家庭等领域,安装在室内和室外等无危害(未划分等级)区域的固定式燃料电池发电系统。本标准考虑了燃料电池发电系统在可预期的情况下和在制造商可预设条件下使用时,所有涉及燃料电池系统的重大危险、危险场景和事件,但不包括与环境兼容性(安装条件)有关的各种危险。本标准规定的危险情况仅限于可能对人身造成的伤害,或仅对燃料电池发电系统之外造成的破坏。本标准不涉及对燃料电池内部损坏的保护,只要这种内部损坏不会对燃料电池外部产生危害。本标准中的各项要求并非旨在限制创新,当考察本标准未曾涉及的燃料、材料、设计或构造时,这些替代方案需要被评估是否具备与本标准相当的安全、性能水平。

本标准规定了使用GB/T 13611规定的城镇燃气的燃气燃烧器和燃烧器具用安全和控制装置及其组件(以下简称“控制装置”)的术语和定义、分类和分组、结构和材料、要求、试验方法、标识、安装和操作说明书、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于以下控制装置:--自动和半自动阀;--燃烧控制装置;--熄火保护装置;--燃气和空气比例调节装置;--压力调节装置;--旋塞阀总成;--温度控制装置;--多功能控制装置;--压力传感装置;--阀门检验系统。

GB/T 36699-2018锅炉用液体和气体燃料燃烧器技术条件

本标准规定了锅炉用液体和气体燃料燃烧器的分类与型号编制、组成与基本配置、基本要求、性能要求、设计与制造、检验、试验与检测、技术文件与标识、包装、运输和贮存、安装、调试与使用等方面的技术要求。本标准适用于锅炉用液体和气体燃料的强制鼓风燃烧器和自然通风燃烧器。电站锅炉启动燃烧器、各类工业窑炉与工业加热炉及其他用途燃烧器可参照本标准执行。

GB/T 37499-2019燃气燃烧器和燃烧器具用安全和控制装置 特殊要求 自动和半自动阀

本标准规定了使用GB/T 13611规定的城镇燃气的燃烧器和燃烧器具用自动和半自动阀(以下简称阀门)的术语和定义,分类和分组,结构和材料,要求,试验方法,检验规则,标志、安装和操作说明书,包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于大进口压力不大于500 kPa,用于燃气热水器、燃气采暖热水炉、燃气燃烧器/机、燃气取暖器、燃气蒸箱、燃气锅炉等燃气燃烧器具或燃烧设备,以电磁、电动或以机械方式直接或间接操作启闭的常闭阀门。本标准不适用于CJ/T 132规定的阀门。

GB 50028-2006城镇燃气设计规范

本规范适用于向城市、乡镇或居民点供给居民生活、商业、工业企业生产、采暖通风和空调等各类用户作燃料用的新建、扩建或改建的城镇燃气工程设计。 注:1 本规范不使用于城镇燃气门站以前的怅距离输气管道工程。 2 本规范不适用于工业企业自建供生产工艺用且燃气质量不符合本规范质量要求的燃气工程设计,但自建供生产工艺用且燃气质量符合本规范要求的燃气工程设计,可按本规范执行。工业企业内部自供燃气给居民使用时,供居民使用的燃气质量和工程设计应按本规范执行。 3 本规范不适用于海洋和内河轮船、铁路车辆、汽车等运输工具上的燃气装置设计。

CJ/T 113-2015燃气取暖器

本标准规定了燃气取暖器(以下简称取暖器)的术语和定义,分类与型号,结构和材料,要求,试验方法,检验规则,标识和说明书,包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于使用GB/T 13611规定的燃气的取暖器,包括:a) 额定热输入不大于20 kW的家用取暖器;b) 单个燃烧器额定热输入不大于120 kW的非家用取暖器。本标准不适用于室外使用的取暖器、冷凝式取暖器、专为工业用途设计的取暖器、在移动的运输交通工具中使用的取暖器。

CJ/T 346-2010家用燃具自动截止阀

本标准规定了家用燃具自动截止阀的术语和定义、分类、结构和材料、要求、试验方法、标识、安装和操作说明书、检验规则、包装、运输和贮运。本标准适用于标明大工作压力在10kPa以下,公称直径不大于DN50,并且使用GB/T 13611规定的城镇燃气的器具上的阀门。本标准适用于以电磁、电动或以机械方式直接或间接操作的阀门。本标准适用于流体驱动控制阀(流体如:气体、液体)。本标准适用于装有关闭位置指示开关的阀门。

For thermal or catalytic post combustion and waste incineration,This European Standard applies only to auxiliary burners designed to start-up and/or support the process. This European Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for the contruction,the safety and the rational energy usage for gas-fired standard and low temperature central heating boilers equipped with a forced draught burner.These boilers comprise a boiler body and a forced draught gas burner brought together at the producer's assembly facility,the whole being disigned and marketed as a complete boiler.This standard does not apply to the case of the assembly of a boiler body and a forced draught gas burner designed and marketed separately.In this case,EN 303-3 applies.This European Standard applies to type B boilers with a nominal heat output not exceeding 100 kw with a water temperature at normal operation not exceeding 105°C and with a maximum water-side operating pressure not exceeding 8 bar.This European Standard does not contain all the necessary requirements for:- condensing boilers and combination boilers;- boilers intended to be installed in the open;- boilers permanently fitted with more than one flue outlet;- boilers intended to be connected to a common flue having mechanical extraction;- boilers equipped with several combustion chambers.This European Standard does not apply to living-space dedicated boilers(see 3.6).This European Standard only covers type testing.

The change A1 of EN 1596 concerns several technical amendments due to need for regulation appearing after ratification of the standard. The standard itself defines for the purpose of type approval the safety characteristics, the test methods and the marking of mobile, non-domestic forced convection direct fired air heaters with a nominal heat input of up to 180 kW (HS) for the combustion of 3rd family gases (liquefied petroleum gases). Most significant technical change stipulated by this draft ist the lowering of the air delivery temperature from 80 °C to 55 °C.

It does not cover qi. Mobile heaters.ii. Category 1 appliances burning gases of the third family.iii. Portable flueless heaters.iv. Diffusive catalytic combustion heaters. There are no specific thermal efficiency requirements appropriate to these types of appliance as: -- All the heat produced by the combustion process is released into the space to be heated. -- The requirements with regard to the combustion performance, which is a safety matter, ensure the effective burning of the fuel gas. This standard is only applicable to appliances which are to be type tested. Matters related to quality assurance systems, tests during production and to certificates of conformity of auxiliary devices are not dealt with by this standard.
