These appliances provide heat into the space where they are installed. Additionally, where fittedwith a boiler, they also provide domestic hot water and/or central heating. These appliances may burn eithersolid mineral fuels, peat briquettes, natural or manufactured wood logs or be multi-fuel in accordance withthe appliance manufacturer’s instructions.This standard is not applicable to appliances with fan assisted combustion air.
