本标准规定了输送符合GB/T 13611规定的燃气用金属阀门(以下简称阀门)的分类和型号,结构和材料,要求,试验方法,检验规则,标志、铭牌和说明书,防护、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于以下阀门:——大允许工作压力不超过10 MPa,公称尺寸范围为DN50~DN1 000,工作温度范围为-20 ℃~60 ℃的球阀;——大允许工作压力不超过1.6 MPa,公称尺寸范围为DN50~DN1 000,工作温度范围为-20 ℃~60 ℃的闸阀;——大允许工作压力不超过0.4 MPa,公称尺寸范围为DN50~DN300,工作温度范围为-20 ℃~60 ℃的蝶阀。
本规范规定了石油化工管道材料的选用、管道组成件的选用要求和计算方法。本规范适用于石油化工装置中公称压力不大于PN 420 (CL2500)、设计温度不超过材料允许使用温度范围的管道组成件的选用。本规范不适用于非金属管道。
