本规范适用于新建和扩建的第二代改进型单台机组容量为1000MW级以下压水堆核电厂常规岛及其配套设施的设计。
1.O.1 为贯彻执行《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》,维护经济权益,以合同为依据实施化工建设项目进口设备、材料的检验特制定本标准。1.O.2 本标准适用于化工建设项目的成套、单项、单机进口的机器,静置设备,电气、工业自动化仪表,工业控制计算机等设备和材料及其文件、资料,自合同生效日起至机械保证期终止日为止的国外检验、国内口岸检验,开箱检验与质量检验。本标准亦适用于由国外承包商负责采购供应的中国制造厂制造的设备、材料的检验。1.O.3 本标准为进口设备、材料检验的通用规定。各化工建设项目应根据具体装置和合同环境等特点,编制相应的检验方案或细则。1.O.4 合同中规定的或由买方确认的卖方和制造厂提供的技术标准、规范和检验规范应是执行检验的技术依据。经买卖双方确认的设计文件、技术资料及图纸上指定的标准、规范和技术要求应为具体设备、材料的检验依据。1.O.5 当卖方提供的标准、规范不全或不能满足检验的需要时,经买卖双方协商可采用相应的标准、国外先进标准、产品制造厂标准或我国现行标准。1.O.6 在化工项目进口设备、材料检验中,有关安全、劳动保护、环境保护、工业卫生、防火、防爆等规定,必须符合我国现行法规和标准的规定。1.O.7 本标准应与《化工建设项目进口设备、材料检验管理办法》配合使用。
本规定适用于化学工业新建、扩建、改建工程建设交工技术文件的管理。
本标准规定了3.6kV~40.5kV智能交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备的正常和特殊使用条件、术语和定义、额定值、设计与结构、型式试验、出厂试验等方面的要求。本标准适用于3.6kV~40.5kV智能交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备,智能交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备除满足GB 3906-2006外,还应满足本标准要求。
本标准规定了电子式六氟化硫(SF<下标 6>)密度变送器(以下简称密度变送器)的分类与命名、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于高压开关用保护气体六氟化硫的密度检测所采用的电子式密度变送器。
本标准规定了电阻式真空有载分接开关的性能,保护配置,试验项目、试验方法,使用范围及运行维修要求。本标准适用于220kV及以下电力变压器配置的电阻式真空有载分接开关。其他非电力变压器用真空有载分接开关,可参照本标准或按照制造商规定执行。本标准不适用于电抗式真空有载分接开关。
This part of IEC 60044 applies to newly manufactured electronic current transformers havingan analogue voltage output or a digital output, for use with electrical measuring instrumentsand electrical protective devices at nominal frequencies from 15 Hz to 100 Hz.NOTE Additional requirements due to the bandwidth are considered. The accuracy requirements on harmonics aregiven in annex D.Clause 12 covers the accuracy requirements that are necessary for electronic currenttransformers for use with electrical measuring instruments.Clause 13 covers the accuracy requirements that are necessary for electronic currenttransformers for use with electrical protective relays, and particularly for forms of protection inwhich the prime requirement is to maintain the accuracy up to several times the rated current.If required, the transient accuracy of an electronic current transformer during fault is also givenin this clause.Electronic current transformers intended for both measurement and protection should complywith all the clauses of this standard and are called multipurpose electronic currenttransformers.The transformer technology can be based on optical arrangements equipped with electricalcomponents, on air-core coils (with or without a built-in integrator), or on iron-core coils withintegrated shunt used as a current-to-voltage converter, alone or equipped with electroniccomponents.For analogue output, the electronic current transformer may include the secondary signalcable. Examples of electronic current transformer technologies using air-core coils and ironcorecoils with integrated shunt are given in annex C.For digital output, this standard takes into account a point-to-point connection from theelectronic transformer to electrical measuring instruments and electrical devices (see annex B).Some information has been added in order to ensure the compatibility of this point-to-point linkwith the overall system of communication in the substation, thus allowing data exchangebetween all kinds of substation devices. This information builds what is called the mapping ofthe link layer of the point-to-point serial link. Processbus communication is underconsideration.This mapping allows interoperability between devices from different manufacturers.This standard does not specify individual implementations or products, nor does it constrain theimplementation of entities and interfaces within a computer system. This standard specifies theexternally visible functionality of implementations together with conformance requirements forsuch functionalities.
