本标准规定了全社会经济活动的分类与代码。本标准适用于在统计、计划、财政、税收、工商等宏观管理中,对经济活动的分类,并用于信息处理和信息交换。
本标准定义了工业制造环境中有关的自动化名词术语。 注:本标准中的所有名词术语及其定义,均选自已经正式发布的ISO文件,这些文件均作为出处文件列出。下列每 一条定义后的数字|N|,即表示在附录A中所列的出处文件的序号。
1.1 GB/T 17780的本部分针对纺织机械常见的危险及包含在GB/T 17780.2~17780.7中的有关零部件的危险规定了相应的安全要求。 1.2 本部分适用于纺织工业中有以下用途的机械和有关设备: ——纤维(短纤维和长丝)和其他原料制成纱线或非织造布(包括毡)的开、清、混、梳、精梳准备、纺纱和其他工序; ——纱线卷绕、并纱、捻线、变形工艺等以及机织和针织前的纱线准备工序; ——形成织物的机织、针织、花边织造以及其他类似工艺; ———带、绳、缆、索、麻线、网的编织等,搓绳机的卷取框除外; ——纤维、纱线、织物、编织带、绳索等的预处理,漂白、染色、印花和整理及出厂整装; ——成品的匹染; ——经编、纬编的整理,包括袜类,但不包括成品的缝合(即缝纫); ——机织、簇绒和其他生产地毯的工艺。 本部分适用于以上所列生产过程中的所有纺织机械和设备,包括能使单元机或联合机自动操作的设备,如纤维气流输送设备,但不包括机器间的运输装置。 GB/T 17780不涉及压力容器的具体要求。 1.3 本部分和其他部分提及的危险,仅限发生于机器的运输、装配、调整、使用、维护以及分解、拆卸和处理中。人工装卸也是机器正常操作的一部分。 1.4 GB/T 17780不适用于以下机械和相关设备: ——长丝和人造纤维的生产,包括形成初次成品(如长丝筒子、短纤维包); ——亚麻和类似原料的梳理; ——纺粘法和熔喷法非织造布的生产; ——服装、家用、产业用纺织品的缝制及非织造布的针刺和轧制; ——纺织成品的洗涤与干洗; ——纺织机械的维修(如梳针维护设备,印花机器组件的清洗); ——某些切割装置,如木料切割装置、激光切割、高压水枪、超声波装置。 注:附录E中的机械和设备用于纺织工业,但不包括在本部分范围内。 1.5 本部分及GB/T17780的其他部分不适用于在潜在爆炸性环境中使用的机械。 1.6 本部分及其他部分不适用于GB/T 17780.1~17780.7发布前制造的机器。
GB/T 25742的本部分规定了为机器状态监测与诊断的数据处理、通信与表示的软件规范制定的一般指南。
GB/T 31301的本部分规定了鞋类成型机的结构、运输、安装、调试、设定、示教或过程转换、操作、清洗、维护、报废、拆解的相关安全要求。本部分包含操作者对机器的预期使用、及可预见的误用所产生的与鞋类成型机相关的全部重大危险、危险状态和危险事件(参见附录A)。本部分适用于制鞋工业内用于生产鞋及鞋配件的鞋类成型机器,包括:--连帮鞋成型机(见图1、图2和图3);--单底和鞋配件成型机(见图4~图10);--整鞋及靴成型机(见图11)。本部分也适用于上述机器用于生产鞋及其配件之外的其他产品,且生产这些产品不需要对机器进行模具之外的其他改动。本部分也适用于以下附加设备:喷雾装置、注射装置、浇注装置、喷嘴清洗器、拉料杆、模具清洗装置、活化装置、准备阶段和后处理机器人和设备(见图N.1)。本部分不适用于以下机器,除非其用于连帮鞋成型或反应成型:--使用固定注射装置和固定模具位置(夹紧装置)的成型机;--使用固定测量和混料装置及直线结构(模架)活动工作站的成型机。

These requirements cover robots and robotic equipment rated 600 V or less and intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70. Since end-use installation of a robot and robotic equipment may vary for each user application, guidelines for end-product installation may be evaluated to the applicable sections of ANSI/RIA R15.06, Standard for Industrial Robots and Robot Systems-Safety Requirements. Portions of the requirements in this Standard have been excerpted from the Robotic Industries Associations (RIA) Standard for Industrial Robots and Robot Systems - Safety Requirements, ANSI/RIA R15.06. These requirements cover robotic equipment and systems intended for indoor and outdoor use in applications such as parts assembly, parts transfer, automated material handling, inspection, loading, diecasting, deburring, welding, paint spraying, clinical/diagnostic systems, pharmaceutical applications, commercial food processing, automated vehicle refueling systems, library book handling/sorting, clean room applications, medical use for surgery, mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, automated storage/retrieval systems, and the like. Unique features or functions associated with the robotic application, not specifically addressed in this Standard, shall also be evaluated to other applicable Standards/requirements. These may include, but are not limited to, Electrical Equipment for Laboratory Use; Part 1: General Requirements, UL 3101-1; Medical and Dental Equipment, UL 544; Power Operated Pumps for Petroleum Product Dispensing Systems, UL 79. In addition to the requirements in this Standard, robots and robotic systems shall also comply with the applicable sections of the Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery, ANSI/NFPA 79. Robots and robotic systems intended for use in hazardous locations, as defined by the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA 70, shall also comply with the requirements in Intrinsically Safe Apparatus and Associated Apparatus for Use in Class I, II, and III, Division 1, Hazardous (Classified) Locations, UL 913. In the following text, a requirement that applies to one type of equipment, such as a controller or teach pendant, will be identified by a specific reference. In the absence of a specific reference or if the term robot or robotic equipment is employed, it is to be understood that the requirement applies to all types of equipment covered by this Standard.

1.1 This European Standard applies to footwear moulding machines which are intended for use in the shoeindustry for the production of footwear and footwear components.These machines are:-- direct-on sole moulding machines (see Figures 1, 2 and 3);-- unit sole and footwear component moulding machines (see Figures 4 to 10);-- full shoe and boot moulding machines (see Figure 11).This European Standard applies also to the mentioned machines when used for other products than footwearand footwear components, as far as these products require no other changes than a different mould.1.2 This European Standard specifies safety requirements for construction, transport, installation,adjustment, setting, teaching or process change-over, operation, cleaning, maintenance, decommissioning,dismantling and, as far as safety is concerned, disposal for machines mentioned in 1.1.It deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to footwear moulding machines,when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by themanufacturer (see Clause 4).1.3 The following machines are excluded from the scope of this European Standard unless used for direct-on sole moulding or reaction moulding:-- moulding machines with static injection units and static mould stations (clamping units);-- moulding machines with static metering and mixing units and mobile stations with linear configuration (mould carriers).1.4 The European Standard does not deal with hazards created by the mixing and metering unit.NOTE For metering and mixing units, see EN 1612-1.The use of machines within the scope of this European Standard in industries other than those specified in 1.1may give rise to hazards not considered during its preparation.NOTE For this application see also EN 201 and prEN 1612-2.1.5 This European Standard also applies to the following additional equipment for material handling andoperation which are an integral part of the machine:-- spraying devices, injection units, casting units, nozzle cleaners, sprue pullers, mould front edge cleaners, activating devices, robots and equipment for preparatory and subsequent treatment (see Figure M.1).1.6 This European Standard assumes the machines:-- are operated by adequately trained persons;-- are used with adequate workplace lighting (see EN 12464-1).1.7 This document is not applicable to footwear moulding machines which are manufactured before thedate of publication of this European Standard by CEN.
This part of ISO 11111 specifies safety requirements for frequently occurring hazards common to the types of textile machinery and the hazards of certain machine elements covered by ISO 11111-2 to ISO 11111-7. The standard series is complemented by the type C standards ISO 9902 (parts 1 to 7) with respect to noise emission measurement and ISO 23771 with respect to measures for the reduction of noise emissions. It is applicable to machinery plant and related equipment intended to be used in the textile industry for specified processes.
This EN ISO Standard specifies the requirements and/or measures to eliminate the hazards or reduce the risks in the following groups of stationary grinding machines which are designed primarily to shape metal by grinding: Group 1: Manually controlled grinding machines without power operated axes and without numerical control Group 2: Manually controlled grinding machines with power operated axes and limited numerically controlled capability, if applicable Group 3: Numerically controlled grinding machines NOTE 1 For detailed information on the groups of grinding machines, see the definitions in 3.1 and 3.4. NOTE 2 Requirements in this EN ISO Standard are, in general, applicable to all groups of grinding machines. If requirements are applicable to some special group(s) of grinding machines only, then the special group(s) of grinding machine(s) is/are specified. NOTE 3 Hazards arising from other metalworking processes (e. g. turning and laser processing) are covered by other Standards
