GB/T 21412.5-2017石油天然气工业 水下生产系统的设计和操作 第5部分:水下脐带缆

1.1 These requirements cover self-contained drinking-water coolers which employ hermetic refrigerantmotor-compressors and which are designed for connection to alternating-current circuits rated not greaterthan 600 volts in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70. A product whose features, characteristics, components, materials, orsystems conflict with specific requirements or provisions of this standard cannot be judged to comply withthis standard. Where considered appropriate, revision of requirements shall be proposed and adopted inconformance with the methods employed for development, revision, and implementation of this standard.

NOTE In the case of a harmonised supporting standard for materials, presumption of conformity to the Essential Requirement(s) (ESRs) is limited to technical data of materials in the standard and does not presume adequacy of the material to a specific item of equipment. Consequently the technical data stated in the material standard should be assessed against the design requirements of this specific item of equipment to verify that the ESRs of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) are satisfied. 1.2 Unless otherwise specified in this European Standard the general technical delivery requirements in EN 10021 apply.
