本标准规定了委托人、设备监理单位及制造单位职责和权限以及监造工作实施程序,提出了1000kV输电线路铁塔、导地线、金具和光纤复合架空地线(简称OPGW)监造,列出了铁塔、导地线、金具、OPGW的监造项目及抽样见证规定。本标准适用于1000kV输电线路铁塔、导地线、金具和OPGW产品的监造,不代替或行业主管部门的质量监督和产品到工地后的质量验收。其他电压等级输电线路铁塔、导地线、金具和OPGW产品的监造工作可参照使用。
