La presente norma è la versione ufficiale in lingua inglese della norma europea EN ISO 28723 (edizione marzo 2011). La norma specifica un metodo di prova per determinare la copertura del bordo dei pannelli di acciaio smaltato destinati all'utilizzo in scambiatori di calore. Questo metodo è applicabile a tutti i processi di smaltatura. Esso si applica a spessori del supporto tra 0,5 mm e 1,5 mm. Questo metodo non è applicabile dove la corrente di flusso prodotta durante la prova è maggiore di 3 A.
