燃烧器和燃气具的自动燃气燃烧器控制系统检测
DIN EN 416-1-2009非家用单头燃烧器高架燃气辐射管加热器.第1部分:安全性.英文版本DIN EN 416-1-2009-09
This European Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for the construction, safety, classification and marking of non-domestic gas fired overhead radiant tube heaters incorporating asingle burner system under the control of an automatic burner control system, referred to in the bodyof the text as 'appliances'.This standard is applicable to Type A2, A3, B12, B13, B22, B23, B42, B43, B52, R53, O12, O13, 032 and 033appliances intended for use in other than domestic dwellings, in which the supply of combustion airand/or the evacuation of the products of combustion is achieved by mechanical means locatedupstream of the draught diverter, if provided. This standard is not applicable to: a) appliances designed for use in domestic dwelling; b) outdoor appliances; c) appliances of heat input in excess of 120 kW (based on the net calorific value of the appropriate reference test gas); d) appliances having fully pre-mixed gas and air burners in which: 1) either the gas and all the combustion air are brought together just before the level of the combustion zone; or 2) the pre-mixing of the gas and all combustion air is carried out in a part of the burner upstream of the combustion zone; e) appliances that are designed for continuous condensation within the flue system under normal operating conditions; f) appliances having combustion products evacuation ducts that are non-metallic.This standard is applicable to appliances which are intended to be type tested. It also includesrequirements concerning the evaluation of conformity, including factory production control, but theserequirements only apply to POCEDs and their associated terminals.NOTE Requirements for appliances which are not intended to be type tested would need to be subject tofurther consideration.Requirements concerning the rational use of energy have not been included in this EuropeanStandard.
DIN EN 676-2008气体燃料用自动压力通风燃烧器
This European Standard specifies the terminology, the general requirements for the construction and operationof automatic forced draught gas burners and also the provision of control and safety devices, and the testprocedure for these burners. This standard is applicable to ID automatic gas burners with a combustion air fan (hereinafter called \"burners\") as described in 3.1.2 and gas line components, intended for use in appliances of different types, and that are operated with gaseous fuels;-- total pre-mixed burners and nozzle mixed burners. The standard is applicable to-- single burners with a single combustion chamber; -- single-fuel and dual-fuel burners when operating only on gas;-- gas function of dual-fuel burners designed to operate simultaneously on gaseous and liquid fuels. This European Standard deals with all significant machine hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to burners, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer, see Annex J.This European Standard specifies the requirements to be met by the manufacturer to ensure the safety during commissioning, start-up, operation, shut-down and maintenance. This European Standard does not deal with hazards due to specific applications. This European Standard is not applicable to automatic forced draught gas burners which are manufactured beforethe date of its publication as EN. This European Standard does not apply to burners specifically designed for use in industrial processes cardedout on industrial premises. This European Standard deals also with the additional requirements for the burners in the scope with pressurisedparts and/or firing pressurised bodies, see Annex K.
