本标准规定了木工机床的安全技术要求。本标准适用于除木工手提机外的所有木工机床。
本标准规定了双头开榫机(以下简称机床)的术语,同时参照GB/T 17421.1-1998,规定了机床的几何精度和工作精度检验,并给定了相应的公差,适用于一般用途、普通精度的机床。 本标准只规定机床的精度检验,不适用于机床的运转试验(如振动、异常噪声、零部件的爬行等检验)、也不适用于机床的特性检验(如速度、给进量等),这些检验一般宜在机床精度检验前进行。 本标准适用于ISO 7984中82.2指示的那些机床。
本标准规定了在带移动工作台单头开榫机上去除危险和限制风险的要求和/或措施。本标准适用于切削实木、刨花板、纤维板、胶合板和有塑料贴面或贴边材料的机床。本标准包括与该机床有关的所有危险,详见第4章。本标准不适用下列机床a)仅用圆锯开榫b)任一刀轴的设计转速超过6000 r/min;c)移动工作台进给的平均直线速度超过25±5%m/min;d)用于开榫的联合机(见EN 940:1997);e)垂直铣刀轴上装有开榫装置(见GB 20007-2005)。
本标准规定了链式双头开榫机(以下简称机床)上去除危险和限制风险的要求和/或措施。本标准适用于切削实木、刨花板、纤维板、胶合板和有塑料、铝合金等贴面或贴边材料的机床。工件为机械进给。本标准不适用下列机床:a)全封闭式机床(见3.3.10);b)移动式机床(见3.3.11)。本标准不适用于以下情况带来的危险:a)工件的机械上料部分;b)与其他机床联合使用或者作为生产线的一部分;c)在机床的半部间使用刀具加工(见3.1);d)使用激光。
本标准规定了数控木(梳齿)榫开榫机电气控制系统的设计、制造和检验等的基本要求。本标准适用于额定电压不超过AC 1 000 V或DC 1 500 V及额定频率不超过200 Hz的数控木(梳齿)榫开榫机的电气控制系统(以下简称电气系统)。数控单头直榫开榫机、数控双头直榫开榫机、数控燕尾榫开榫机等类似机床的电气控制系统可参照使用。
Specifies the nomenclature appropriate to each part of the machine (in English, French and Russian and the equivalent terms in German, Spanish, Italian ans Swedish) and the geometrical and practical tests for these tenoning machines, and gives the corresponding permissible deviations which apply to machines of general purpose use and normal accuracy. It deals only with the verification of the accuracy of the machine. It does not apply to the testing of the running of the machine nor to its characteristics which should generally be checked before the accuracy is tested.
This International Standard specifies the nomenclature appropriate to each part of the machine and, with reference to ISO 230-1, the geometrical and practical tests for double-end tenoning machines, and gives the corresponding permissible deviations which apply to machines of general purpose use and normal accuracy. NOTE - In addition to terms used in the three official ISO languages (English, French and Russian), this International Standard gives the equivalent terms in the German, Spanish, Italian and Swedish languages; these are published under the responsibility of the member bodies for Germany, F.R. (DIN), Spain (AENOR), Italy (UNI) and Sweden (SIS). However, only the terms given in the official languages tan be considered as ISO terms. This International Standard deals only with the verification of the accuracy of the machine. lt does not apply to the testing of the running of the machine (vibrations, abnormal noises, stick- Slip motion of the components, etc.), nor to its characteristics (Speeds, feeds, etc.) which should generally be checked before the accuracy is tested.
