This British Standard gives recommendations for the management, design,setting-up and operation of temporary electrical systems using low voltage a.c.electricity, for the entertainment and similar or related industries. Mobile andtransportable units with electrical installations that are used in these industriesare also covered. This British Standard gives recommendations for the provision of a safe andsuitable temporary electrical system for an event and the duties and work toimplement this.NOTE 1 Each aspect of the work could be under the control of a different personresponsible. This British Standard gives guidance on matters of common interest toproducers, production companies, event organizers and managers, freelancepeople, facilities and services hire companies, equipment hire companies, equipment manufacturers, electrical consultants, electrical installationcontractors, distributors, suppliers of electricity, venues, local authorities andthose responsible for safety. The systems covered by this British Standard operate at low voltage as definedin BS 7671:2008+A1:2011 and supply equipment normally operating at 230 V a.c.or 400 V a.c. 50 Hz. Electricity at low voltage can be taken from an existinginstalled electrical system, the public supply, privately owned supplies or frommobile or portable generators. Direct current supplies are outside the scope ofthis British Standard.NOTE 2 It is expected that all electrical equipment, switchgear units, distributionunits and cables used for work covered by this British Standard are manufactured tothe appropriate product standards, and that the temporary electrical systems andtheir use are designed, set-up, supervised, operated and removed by suitablycompetent persons. It is also expected that responsibility for such temporaryelectrical systems is taken by a suitably competent person referred to as the personresponsible.NOTE 3 All equipment forming the temporary electrical system is expected to bedelivered to site as pre-assembled units that have been tested and are known to besafe and suitable for use. This does not preclude the manufacture on site of simpleunits that might be necessary; though this is the exception and not the rule.NOTE 4 In many situations temporary electrical distributions are intimatelyassociated with mobile and transportable units. In such cases, seeBS 7671:2008+A1:2011, Section 717, for further information.NOTE 5 This British Standard may be applied to temporary electrical distributions atexhibitions and fairgrounds; see BS 7671:2008+A1:2011,Sections 711 and 740, respectively for specific information for these activities.Specialized documents related to exhibitions are published by the Association ofEvent Venues [1].NOTE 6 Specialized documents related to theatres and places of entertainment arepublished by the Association of British Theatre Technicians [2].NOTE 7 This British Standard does not offer guidance for hazardous locationswhere expert advice needs to be sought.

BS EN 61000-4-22-2011电磁兼容性(EMC).试验和测量方法.完全消声室(FARs)内辐射排放和免疫测量

This part of IEC 61000 considers immunity tests and emission measurements for electricand/or electronic equipment. Only radiated phenomena are considered. It establishes therequired test procedures for using fully anechoic rooms for performing radiated immunitytesting and radiated emission measurements.NOTE In accordance with IEC Guide 107 [1], IEC 61000-4-22 is a basic EMC publication for use by productcommittees of the IEC. As stated in Guide 107, product committees are responsible for determining theapplicability of the EMC standards. TC 77 and CISPR and their sub-committees are prepared to cooperate withproduct committees in the determination of the value of particular EMC tests for specific products. This part establishes a common validation procedure, equipment under test (EUT) set-uprequirements, and measurement methods for fully anechoic rooms (FARs) when both radiatedelectromagnetic emission measurements and radiated electromagnetic immunity tests will beperformed in the same FAR.As a basic measurement standard, this part of IEC 61000 does not intend to specify the testlevels or emission limits to be applied to particular apparatus or system(s). Its main goal is toprovide general measurement procedures to all concerned product committees of IEC orCISPR. Specific product requirements and test conditions are defined by the responsibleproduct committees. The methods described in this standard are appropriate for radiated emission measurementsand immunity tests in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 18 GHz.

This part of IEC 61000 is a basic EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) publication. It considersimmunity tests for electric and/or electronic equipment (apparatus and system) in its electromagneticenvironment. Only conducted phenomena are considered, including immunity testsfor equipment connected to public and industrial networks. The object of this standard is to establish a reference for evaluating the immunity of electricaland electronic equipment when subjected to unbalanced power supply voltage. This standard applies to 50 Hz/60 Hz three-phase powered electrical and/or electronicequipment with rated line current up to 16 A per phase. This standard does not apply to equipment with three-phase plus neutral connection if thatequipment operates as a group of single-phase loads connected between phase and neutral. This standard does not apply to electrical and/or electronic equipment connected to a.c. 400 Hzdistribution networks. This standard does not include tests for the zero-sequence unbalance factor. The immunity test levels required for a specific electromagnetic environment together withperformance criteria are indicated in the product, product family or generic standards asapplicable. This immunity test should be included in product, product family or genericstandards when equipment is likely to show reduced performance or function when exposed toa supply voltage with voltage unbalance. The verification of the reliability of electrical components (capacitors, motors, etc.) and longtermeffects (greater than a few minutes) is not considered in this standard.

BS EN 62270-2004水力发电站自动化.计算机控制用指南

This standard sets down guidelines for the application, design concepts, and implementation of computer-based control systems for hydroelectric plant automation. It addresses functional capabilities, performance requirements, interface requirements, hardware considerations, and operator training. It includes recommendations for system testing and acceptance. Finally, case studies of actual computer-based automatic control applications are presented.\nThe automation of control and data logging functions has relieved the plant operator of these tasks, allowing the operator more time to concentrate on other duties. In many cases, the plant's operating costs can be significantly reduced by automation (primarily via staff reduction) while still maintaining a high level of unit control reliability.\nAutomatic control systems for hydroelectric units based on electromechanical relay logic have been in general use for a number of years and, in fact, were considered standard practice for the industry. Within the last decade, microprocessor-based controllers have become available that are suitable for operation in a power plant environment. These computer-based systems have been applied for data logging, alarm monitoring, and unit and plant control. Advantages of computer-based control include use of graphical user interfaces, the incorporation of sequence of events and trending into the control system, the incorporation of artificial intelligence and expert system capabilities, and reduced plant life cycle cost.
