本标准规定了海洋平台起重机(以下简称起重机)的载荷和载荷组合、结构及组成、机构、主要零部件、驱动和控制系统、人员起吊、安全装置、涂装、试验、标志和标牌等一般要求。本标准适用于海洋平台起重机的设计、制造和验收。本标准不适用于波浪补偿等特殊型式的起重机及吊架和/或紧急逃生装置。
本标准规定了交联型氟树脂涂料产品的产品分类,要求,试验方法,检验规则,标志、包装和贮存等内容。本标准适用于以含反应性官能团的氟树脂为主要成膜物并加入颜填料(清漆不加)、溶剂、助剂等辅料作为主剂,以脂肪族多异氰酸酯树脂为同化剂的双组分常温固化型建筑外墙、混凝土表面和金属表面用面漆。本标准还适用于以含反应性官能团的氟树脂为主要成膜物,以氨基树脂或封闭型脂肪族多异氰酸酯树脂为交联剂,并加入颜填料(清漆不加)、溶剂、助剂等辅料制成的单组分烘烤同化型金属表面用面漆。用于其他基材表面的交联型氟树脂涂料也可参考本标准。
This document specifies the performance requirements for protective paint systems for offshore and related structures (i.e. those exposed to the marine atmosphere, as well as those immersed in sea or brackish water).
The definitions described in this standard indicate the rating of corrosion probability of metallic materials in a corrosive media which contains an aqueous electrolyte which affect permanently or from time to time the surface of a component. It could be installation parts in buildings or containers, tubes and construction parts outside of buildings which are exposed to corrosion of soil, ground and surface water.
This European Standard specifies the requirements for the application of liquid applied epoxy internal linings,for the corrosion protection of steeltubes.This type oflining is generally used in the transport and distribution,under pressure or by gravity,of water intended for human consumption and industrial use,sea water,waste water and also in fire water.The temperature of the water transported generally does not exceed 50℃.The choice of the lining and its limits of use depend on the type of product used,the pipe laying conditions,the temperature and the chemical composition of the fluid.The choice of the product for the medium to be transported and its qualification are not part of this European Standard.The lining consists normally of one layer of liquid product,applied by spray airless technique after surface preparation.All or some of the requirements of this European Standard can apply to the internal linings of fittings,if agreedby the purchaser and the coater.The lining in this European Standard can be applied to longitudinally or spirally welded tubes and to seamless steel tubes used for the construction of pipelines for conveying liquids.This European Standard does not cover in-situ applied or rehabilitation linings.The constituent materials of epoxy linings,when used under the conditions for which they are designed,in permanentor temporary contct with water intended for human consumption,should not change the quality of that water to such an extent that it fails to comply with the requirements of European regulations at the end user.For this purpose,reference should be made to the relevant national standards transposing EN stsndards when available,dealing with the influence of materials on water quality.
