GB/T 96.1-2002大垫圈 A级

本标准规定了公称规格（螺纹大径）为3～36mm、大系列、硬度等级为200HV和300HV级、产品等级为A级的平垫圈。符合本标准的垫圈适用于夹紧软材料零件或者工件上大的螺栓通孔。但对后者应校验垫圈厚度的适用性。硬度等级为200HV级的垫圈适用于： ——性能等级至8.8级、产品等级为A和B级的六角头螺栓和螺钉； ——性能等级至8级、产品等级为A和B级的六角螺母； ——不锈钢及类似化学成分的六角头螺栓、螺钉和六角螺母； ——表面淬硬的自挤螺钉。硬度等级为300HV级的垫圈适用于： ——性能等级至10.9级、产品等级为A和B级的六角头螺栓和螺钉； ——性能等级至10级、产品等级为A和B级的六角螺母；如要求本标准规定以外的尺寸，则应从GB/T 5286中选取。
