本标准规定了氧化铁颜料的分类、要求、命名、取样、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。这些颜料以下列颜色索引号标识:红101和红102、黄42和黄43、棕6和棕7以及黑11,也包括快速分散颜料。未包括云母氧化铁颜料、透明氧化铁颜料、粒状氧化铁灰和除颜色索引号为黑11的颜料外的磁性氧化铁颜料。本标准适用于一般用途的氧化铁颜料,主要应用于涂料、建筑、造纸、橡胶和塑料等工业领域。
