本标准规定了聚丙烯酸盐等聚羧酸盐及其改性聚合物分散剂的产品分类，要求，试验方法，检验规则以及标志、包装和贮存。本标准适用于聚丙烯酸盐等聚羧酸盐及其改性物所合成的高分子聚合物类分散剂，该产品主要用于水性涂料中颜料和体质颜料的分散和稳定，也可用于色浆中颜料的分散和稳定。本标准不适用于含有纳米颜料和高色素炭黑的水性涂料和色浆用分散剂，也不适用于固体状水性涂料用分散剂。
