随着经济的发展,地下铁道工程由原来的地下隧道,发展为地上和地下的城市轨道交通,其制式也多样化,本标准除不适用于“磁悬浮”“跨坐式”“直线电机”制式城市轨道交通外,也适用于其他制式的城市轻型轨道交通的施工。
本标准规定了建筑工人安全操作的术语和定义、总则、一般规定、架子工、瓦工、抹灰工、石工、木工、钢筋工、混凝土工、普通工、电工、安装电工、防水工、起重吊装工、金属焊割作业工、油漆工、测量工、机械设备维修工、水暖工、铆工、通风工、筑炉工、保温工、桩基施工、大模片施工、钢结构及网架施工、装饰装修施工、拆除施工、土方及筑路机械、桩工机械、吊装及垂直运输机械、混凝土机械、中小型施工机具、市政工程的操作。
1.1 This specification covers concentric-lay-stranded conductors made from round aluminum 1350-H19 (extra hard) wires and round, coated steel core wire(s) for use as overhead electrical conductors (Explanatory Note 1 and Explanatory Note 2).1.2 ACSR covered by this specification has nine types of coated steel core wire which are designated by abbreviations as follows (Explanatory Note 2):1.2.1 ACSR/GA-ACSR using Class A zinc-coated steel wire,1.2.2 ACSR/GB-ACSR using Class B zinc-coated steel wire,1.2.3 ACSR/GC-ACSR using Class C zinc-coated steel wire,1.2.4 ACSR/MA-ACSR using Class A Zn-5A1-MM coated steel wire,1.2.5 ACSR/MB-ACSR using Class B Zn-5A1-MM coated steel wire,1.2.6 ACSR/MC-ACSR using Class C Zn-5A1-MM coated steel wire,1.2.7 ACSR/HS-ACSR using Class A zinc-coated high-strength steel wires,1.2.8 ACSR/MS-ACSR using Class A Zn-5A1-MM coated high-strength steel wires, and 1.2.9 ACSR/AZ-ACSR using aluminum-coated (aluminized) steel wire.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound or SI units are to be regarded separately as standard. The values in each system are not exact equivalents; therefore, each system shall be used independently of the other. Combining values from the two systems may result in nonconformance with the specification.1.3.1 For density, resistivity and temperature, the values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard.Note 18212;The aluminum and temper designations conform to ANSI Standard H35.1/H35.1M; Aluminum 1350 corresponds to UNS No. A91350 in accordance with Practice E527.
This European Standard specifies the electrical and mechanical characteristics of ACSS conductors madeof round or formed annealed aluminium wires and steel wires stranded in alternate directions, made ofone or a combination of any of the following.
This International Standard specifies the electrical and mechanical characteristics ofconcentric lay stranded overhead electrical conductors, containing one or more selfsupportingaluminium or aluminium alloy layer(s) as depicted in Figure 1, made ofcombinations of any of the following metal wires:a) hard-drawn aluminium as per IEC 60889, designated A1;b) aluminium alloy type A or B as per IEC 60104, designated A2 or A3;c) thermal resistant aluminium alloy type as per IEC 62004, designated AT1, AT2, AT3 orAT4;d) regular strength steel as per IEC 60888, designated S1A or S1B;e) high strength steel as per IEC 60888, designated S2A or S2B;f) extra-high strength steel as per IEC 60888, designated S3A;g) aluminium-clad steel as per IEC 61232, designated 20SA, 27SA, 30SA or 40SA.NOTE This standard covers the construction of self-damping conductors, as well as gap-type conductors.Although both types of conductors share a common design feature and the presence of one or more gaps betweenlayers, they are intended for different purposes. Self-damping conductors (SDC) may have more than one gap toprovide increased self-damping, whereas gap-type conductors are so designed as to allow the aluminium layers toslide freely over the core during installation, and therefore usually do not require more than one gap.
